Cohort Intake Form

menti is a mentoring platform focused on formation and connection for college age young adults. As part of this cohort, you'll spend the fall with the group of your peers working on identity, purpose, and direction, in a room where nobody's grading you. In the spring you're matched with a mentor for four one-to-one conversations, with cohort weeks in between.

It meets Fridays, 11am–noon, Lombardi 254. The fall runs October 9 through December 4, with no session on November 27. The spring runs January 15 through March 5.

This form takes about 4 minutes. There are a few short-answer questions — answer them honestly rather than impressively. This is not the assessment. This form is about fit: whether the Fridays work, whether you can make the commitment, and whether you want to be in it. Nothing here is ranked.
